Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 2 days

1 year, 2 months, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Eggs, cheese, toast & coffee 

2. Homemade broccoli alfredo with garlic toast & a drink (raspberry stoli & pomegranate limeaid)

3. Brownies! 


Spent today planning to jump into the Insanity Max: 30 nutrition plan on Monday. It's time! It might be painful given my sugar & caffeine habits. Ouch. Worthwhile though! 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 6 = rest day.
