Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Two eggs on toast with cheese & leftover mashed potatoes/fried with coffee
2. Road load: vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale, peanut butter with toast
3. Dinner out: Bangkok thai curry with similar soup (I forget the name, lol)
4. Plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) with blueberries
Day 4 of the 5 day clean eating challenge! I can always use more veggies but otherwise, pretty good day. The challenge is helping me a lot with unexpected meals out!
Insanity Max 30 Week 3 Day 4 = sweat intervals! That was a doozy but so glad I got it done early. It turned into another long day out!
