Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 1 week

1 year, 2 months, 1 week!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Eggs on toast & cheese with coffee

2. Eggs (again!) with toast & leftover roasted cauliflower 

3. Sunflower seeds & yogurt with blueberries 

Not pictured: my road load vegan chocolate shakeology with peanut butter, banana & kale 


The early mornings have caught up with me. I'm so freaking tired! 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 4 = max out strength! So many push-ups & lots of ab work. Strength, indeed!
