Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Two eggs on toast with a bit of cheese, sautéed broccoli & coffee
2. Plain yogurt (bit of maple syrup) with blueberries, vegan chocolate shakeology with pineapple, coconut oil, kale, ice & water
3. Homemade veggie/potato soup - I could have eaten it ALL!! But, I managed to stop at one serving. #igotgoals
4. Cottage cheese, salad - romaine mix, radish, olives, cucumber, oil/ACV mix
Day 1 getting back on track! I'm using the containers to help get my portions under control, I'm still having my coffee with coconut sugar & milk. Baby steps, this is a lifelong process, I'm making sure I can live with my choices for the long haul. I'm happy with my veggie & protein quantity today! Need to keep it up. :)
Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 1 = max out cardio! I really liked the warmup part of this one.
