1. Eggs on toast with cheese,
2. Homemade broccoli alfredo
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter (double), spinach, banana, ice & water with popcorn
Day 4 of 21 = light on veggies & protein, heavy on alfredo sampling while cooking. :-O
Insanity Max 30 Week 1 Day 4 = tabata power! I will conquer those push-ups.
