Photo food journal 1 year 1 month 2 weeks 2 days

1 year, 1 month, 2 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Eggs on toast with cheese, potato & coffee (I ran out of milk so I had to use my backup canned condensed milk)

2. Pizza & breadsticks 

3. Popcorn & beer


The last 2 days it has suddenly been after 10PM. I didn't even have my shakeology today!!!!!! :-O I do believe that's a first. 


Insanity Max 30 Week 3 Day 6 = tabata strength! Rocked it! I did all of my burpees unmodified, #BOOM
