Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Two eggs on toast with cheese, vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter & kale
2. Salad (tomatoes, cucumber, sunflower seeds, green olives, raisins, ACV/olive oil)
3. Popcorn & plain yogurt (maple syrup & vanilla extract) topped with blueberries
Not pictured: bite size brownies that were too easy to grab when I was distracted & skipped lunch!
Day 1 of the 5 day clean eating challenge! Pretty good first day! Tomorrow will be better, I'm mindful not to miss a meal!
Insanity Max 30 Week 3 Day 1 = cardio challenge! It felt good when it was done! Not gonna lie, having to strap on a sports bra for every workout is not my favorite thing! ;)
