Photo food journal 1 year 2 months 6 days

1 year, 2 months, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Sautéed broccoli, two eggs on toast with cheese, & coffee (double today due to an early wakeup!)

2. Leftover soup! I ended up eating a half of the boys grilled cheese sandwich, too. 

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter, kale, ice, & water 

4. Cottage cheese & a big ass salad! Obsessed with these salads. 


Very happy with my veggies today! Need more protein again. Baby steps. :) 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 3 = max out sweat! I'm so tired right now, babies up crazy early then this workout. #yawn
