Photo food journal 1 year 1 month 3 weeks 6 days

1 year, 1 month, 3 weeks, 6 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30! 

 

1. Green pepper/cheese omelet, potatoes, melon, bagel with cream cheese, and coffee

2. Pizza & beer

3. Plane snacks 

4. Fruit & cheese box on plane 

5. Veggie wrap 


Travel day!! Feels so good to be home. FREEZING but, there's no place like home. :) 


Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 3 = rest day. Lots of walking & weight lifting though!
