1. Oatmeal with maple syrup & peanut butter
2. Veggie burgers with pepper jack cheese, sautéed bell peppers & cottage cheese (A stole that, lol)
3. Vanilla shakeology, peanut butter, kale, banana, ice & water with nachos
I've decided to jump off the fix because my head is in my ass & I'm doing the awesome program no good by pretending to follow it. My goal is to eat reasonable & keep my food choices 5 ingredients or less. #keepitsimple
