2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter (double), spinach, banana, ice & water

3. Salad with feta & sunflower seeds, pizza topped with extra broccoli
Day 5 of 21 = I'll be spending tomorrow prepping. I'm limping my way through the end of week 1.
Insanity Max 30 Week 1 Day 5 = rest day! Hella crazy day that ended in booze. Nuf said.
