1. Eggs & english muffin with vanilla shakeology, raspberries & coconut oil
2. I had coffee today. Cleaned the crap out of the house! Forgot to eat. :-O
3. Believe it or not, the mac & cheese meets my 5 ingredient requirement!
4. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, peanut butter, kale, with bell peppers
Not pictured: beer (hops & water???? lol) & popcorn
Not a bad day! Aside from the coffee & forgetting to eat until I was a Momster! Coffee tastes so good! But, my body just can't handle it
Insanity Max 30 Week 2 Day 3 = rest day from insanity. I did Piyo Sweat instead. I missed Chalene!
