Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. This weeks usual with my shakeology (vegan chocolate, banana, kale & peanut butter version)
2. Lunch out: fried tofu sandwich with salad
3. Last of the leftover alfredo with coffee - needed a boost to get us (mostly) packed up!
4. Popcorn with butter & LOTS of water
Day 5 of the 5 day clean eating challenge! Not a stellar week but I'm so thankful I did this challenge! It helped a ton having the accountability group. :)
Insanity Max 30 Week 3 Day 5 = none today! Robs last day of work was today so I'm getting my rear back on track.
