Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!

2. Mac & cheese with salad
3. Birthday cake! Couple days late. :)

Again, not pictured: shakeology with water & beach booze (had to switch to rum!)
I'm looking forward to having a blender & veggies again.
Insanity Max 30 Week 4 Day 7 = rest day, listening to my exhausted body. And not exhausted from doing nothing, exhausted from nonstop swimming & walking.
