Current fitness program: Insanity Max: 30!
1. Fastest breakfast ever as we ran out the door for a 9:30 field trip, lol #earlyisnotourthing
2. Leftover soup -- wanted to eat it all again!!
3. #shakeologyselfie vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, kale, ice & water
4. Nothing like getting in ALL the veggies in one meal, lol salad had romaine mix, radish, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, green olives, sunflower seeds, oil/ACV mix, kitchen sink. Plus roasted cauliflower & cottage cheese
Could have used more protein but overall, pretty good day! Especially considering we toured a bakery this morning & I didn't touch a thing!!!! :):):)
Insanity Max 30 Week 5 Day 2 = max out power. Wowza.
