6 months, 2 weeks, 4 days of changing my life!
Wow, we accomplished a lot around the new house today but I clearly ate whatever I came across. #5 will turn my butt around! Piyo starts MONDAY!! I'm ready! Just need to take my before pictures (#history) & do my fit year. #BOOM

1. Homemade pancakes (from organic sprouted flour) topped with PBJ & a side of vegan chocolate shakeology with frozen mango & water
2. WHAT! Last of the cheese sticks & wine (I poured it into a glass, lol Less than half!)
3. Blueberry muffin from the farm next door
4. Nectarine
5. Piyo meal prep! With a post workout shakeology with frozen strawberries
6. Sautéed bell peppers/onions, field roast veggie sausage, baked beans, baked potato with butter
7. Popcorn with butter
I did the second Hip Hop Abs workout today. Fun! And, still funny. #dance
