Piyo day 6 & STATurday results

Piyo day 6 = define: lower body! I felt like I was able to push myself today & get even more out of this short workout! Good stuff. :) 

Chaturanga WILL be mastered! Before it kills me, lol Those tricep push-ups are tough! I love how she encourages working up to them though. I'm good at a low dip but when I go into that chaturanga, I'm like a floppy fish out of water! lol Video will not be made, lol  


TODAY I will be grocery shopping! The fridge situation is straight now, Rob is home (although with one of his killer headaches :/ ) with his Mom still here & his sister & brother in law on their way for a quick visit. Perfect morning to hit some stores! :) 


And, my STATurday results ...... down 6 inches overall AND down 1 pound! 6 days in!! Wahoo! :):):)
