7 months, 1 week of changing my life!
Day 15 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, ice & water along with plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
2. Post Target shopping snacks: breadsticks, soft pretzels, cheese & marinara = #gmoshitstorm
3. Post Whole Foods shopping snacks: cake (I had half) & general toss vegan 'chicken' #noeatinginthejeep
4. Leftover popcorn (see a grazing pattern today? #failuretoplan)
5. Trying to save myself shakeology: vegan strawberry, banana, ice & unsweetened almond milk
6. Dinner by Rob: toast with peanut butter, sautéed cabbage & eggs (A ate almost all of my eggs!)
7. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter with frozen peaches
Tomorrow is prep day! Must do better. Bright side of today? I got to drive the #jeep around Pittsburgh. THAT was fun!! ;)
Day 15 = Buns!! Wowza. LOL awesome workout! Definitely no question abut feeling that one later. ;)
