7 months, 1 week, 4 days of changing my life!
Day 19 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, ice & water with my tape measure! lol Down 9 inches total!!!!
2. Road snacks: carrots, bell peppers & cucumbers
3. Lunch out: veggie wrap, broccoli potato pancake (?? I forget what it was called) & a panini (I barely ate half, it wasn't great!)
4. Popcorn with butter
5. Frozen peaches
6. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
7. Last of the leftover roast
Odd day but I feel pretty good about my choices! :)
Day 19 = Sweat!! Whew buddy, I needed that one today! :)
