6 months, 3 weeks, 6 days of changing my life!

Day 8 of 60 -- PIYO


1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, water

2. Cottage cheese 

3. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract, peanut butter & blueberries 

4. Baked bread, cheese & green peppers -- I wish I could say I only ate this one. But, I ate 1 1/2 more with just cheese & bread! #keepitreal

5. Sliced tomato 

6. Vegan strawberry shakeology with banana, unsweetened almond milk & ice (trying to stop the cheesy bread binge! it worked:)

7. Celery 

8. Cabbage, broccoli, green peppers with spices & organic veggie broth 

9. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter 


I may have overdone it in the secondary vegetable, fruit & healthy fat departments but I nailed it in the veggie department! lol 


Day 7 = SWEAT! For a sec, I couldn't get off the floor at the end, lol
