Piyo day 2!

Piyo Day 2 = define: lower body. Short one! But, it still felt effective! My legs were definitely shaking! 
I could have done Upper like she suggested as well today but the little fellas were having a scream fest that I had to referee after just the 20 minutes! lol 
This is my first time working out with Chalene. I like her! She's very clear about avoiding injuries & doing moves properly.  

And seriously ladies, no shoes or sports bra AGAIN! I love this workout!!!! 

I'm finding myself gravitating toward elastic waist pants. Comfort! Thankfully we haven't had to go anywhere the last couple days, lol I need to break out of this! 
I've been drinking way more water plus sticking with the nutrition plan (for one whole day, lol) so hopefully I'll start feeling more comfortable in my skin again soon! :)
