But, kinda true too! The funny part is, when I AM eating the same things, it tends to mean I'm on track with my nutrition! It means I have my veggies, protein, fruit & healthy fats fully stocked up in my kitchen & I'm able to eat what my body needs.
My photo journal started 7+ months ago because I was on Weight Watchers new Simple Start program & a lot of my friends were curious about it. So, I shared my days with the breakdown of what each item was for others to get a feel for it.
Then, it became an accountability thing & REALLY helped me to have the pictures of my days (good & bad!) and to put them all together at the end of each day. It's just another piece to what's working for me. That's all! :)
Plus, I LOVE taking pictures. I need to backup my iPhone but I pull pictures from waaaaay back when I first got it in December so I'm afraid to dump them off! But, it's super full so it's likely time before I run out of space. lol
