Week 3 day 3 of Piyo = Core. How are my abs so sore from Buns??? LOVE that good pain that says, 'nicely done, you worked some muscles that needed it!' Yeah baby! :):):)
Today is supposed to be food prep day but it's going to have to wait till later because I forgot we have plans!
I did my workout first thing, the little fellas are doing some schoolwork now (their choice!) & we're going to a play date with (hopefully) new friends at noon. AT AN ICE CREAM SHOP!! Oh my.
Everyone knows my nutrition hasn't been stellar but I'm trying to fight my way back on the clean eating wagon because I KNOW I feel so much better when I fuel my body properly. Ice cream will NOT derail me today! I have spinach in my shakeology so I've already knocked out a veggie serving & I'll pack some snacks as we run out the door. Wish me luck! :)
