Piyo day 7 = define: upper body! I love how these 'small' workouts feel even tougher the second time around! Only 18 minutes! I finished & Rob says, you're done already??? lol
I can't wait for him to start his workouts tomorrow..... I bet we get AC super fast on this side of the house. LOL
