6 months, 3 weeks, 5 days of changing my life!
Day 7 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, ice, & water
2. Lunch out: hummus & veggies (I didn't eat the chips)
3. Lunch out: veggie burger & salad with ranch
4. Carrots while prepping for the week, there may have also been some bites of fruit, lol There was a tomato too but the picture disappeared from the collage!? It was yellow. #heirloom
5. Roasted zucchini with tomatoes, coconut oil, Parmesan cheese, feta & slices
6. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter
Pretty damn good day, especially considering we had lunch out! :)
Day 7 = define: upper body! I might be mastering those tricep push-ups! Ok, maybe not just yet but I AM getting stronger! ;)
