Day 23 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, ice & water
2. Bell peppers
3. Sautéed broccoli with eggs
4. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract, peanut butter & blueberries
5. Sliced cucumber & tomatoes. 'Kielbasa', corn on the cob with butter, baked beans, & baked potato with sour cream (I gave most of it to A, he chowed tonight!)
6. More yogurt! (I might need an #intervention) frozen peaches
Day 23 = full body blast! Feeling stronger! But still modifying. And wanting to lay flat on my face, lol
