I'm starting to get way better at push-ups though. So quickly! I'm shocked, I honestly thought I would just never be able to do them! And I was mostly ok with that...... lol
I hadn't noticed the first time through this one but she references runners a lot in this workout! If any of my runner friends hadn't considered this before, you should take a peek!
And now, to move a crap load of stuff downstairs so we can have the carpet replaced. Yippeeeeeew! ;)
