Day 13 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, honeydew melon, ice & water -- not awful but not great! The honeydew gave it a weird texture.
2. Breakfast out: spinach & feta omelet, hash browns, & wheat toast
3. Lunch out: Mediterranean veggie sandwich with black mean soup
4. This was an awful choice that I'm still feeling the effects from! Starbucks caramel macchiato with a dark chocolate covered graham cracker (I had 2 bites & it was stolen, lol)
5. Cheese
6. Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter & cinnamon. Lost most of my #biblebread to a certain 2 year old
Hello travel day full of bad choices! It's amazing how easy it is to find secondary veggies/carbs any/everywhere we eat! It's actually really hard to find simple veggie options! Very frustrating America, we can do better!! #psa
