Week 3 Day 7 of Piyo.
Whooooooooo! These slides are NO JOKE!!
Handful of things from this mornings workout:
1. I needed a little Shaun T to tackle this one. #FOCUS
2. Sports bra & shoes were also needed for this mornings workout.
3. Rob saw me using the slides as he walked out the door & said 'don't hurt yourself!' :-O lol
4. My $5 mirrors from Home Depot are fun house mirrors. I look CRAZY in them! I know it's the mirrors because I have a full size decorative mirror that I look normal in, lol
5. Extra weight of a 2 year old definitely increases the intensity. And to think, his weight plus what I weigh now used to equal my own body weight! Let that thought settle a minute.
6. If you do not have these slides yet, GET THEM!
Full Body Blast was so much fun! I'm shaking from the workout but I can not wait till I can master all those moves! :)
