Day 17 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, spinach, banana, ice & water with my addiction (plain yogurt, vanilla extract & peanut butter)
2. Cottage cheese
3. Purple carrots! (Deena, HUGE hit with the little fellas!)
4. Cleaned up the workout space! Yay! :) #homegym
5. Veggies roasted in coconut milk 'roast'
6. More yogurt #addicted
7. Frozen peaches
8. Pomegranate
Day 17 = strength intervals!! First time. Intense! But, not hated at all. :)
