7 months, 1 week, 5 days of changing my life!
Day 20 of 60 -- PIYO
1. Much needed post workout shakeology: vegan chocolate, banana, ice & water (I keep forgetting to add spinach!)
2. Cucumbers
3. Cottage cheese
4. Pizza! Had 3 slices
5. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract, peanut butter & blueberries
6. Frozen peaches
7. Bell peppers
Too much pizza & not enough water. Otherwise, pretty good day! lol
Day 20 = Full Body Blast!! First time. And WOW! What a workout! I will master those moves. :)
