Week 4 (already!?) day 1 = strength intervals! And you know what? I'm WAY stronger already & that was only my second time through! #BOOM :)
I wasn't feeling my workout this morning so I put it off. It's rainy, chilly (63!) & the little fellas were cuddly this morning so we watched a movie. I waited till this afternoon and when I finally did it, that workout flew by! Still loving Piyo! Even though the strength calendar is making sure I get strong...... lol
