Day 1 of Piyo

Today is day 1 of Piyo! The workout was a 'getting started' type -- teaching proper technique & explaining how/where you should feel the moves. Good stuff! I'm excited to do a full workout tomorrow! 


I'm also back on track following the Piyo nutrition plan. Holy moly, I feel like crud from all the garbage I've eaten!!!!! I'm actually thankful the workout was mild today so I could keep up. Ha! Come on good fuel, fix me up quickly! 

Rob will be doing the 3 day refresh when it arrives! I can't because I'm nursing still (no detox for momma) but we both need it!! Hopefully it arrives soon! 


Oh & a little tmi ..... I totally did the workout in my pj's without my sports bra. NO jumping!!!!! LOL
