Week 4 day 3 of Piyo -- full body blast! Second time around, still modifying some but I can already feel a difference in my strength. Still a killer workout! lol
I knocked it out first thing, too. The little fellas had breakfast while I worked out. They made some mega messes but, they let me do my thing. I consider that a good day! ;)
