PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 7
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice, water, & Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter
2. Carrots, peanut butter, bell peppers, hummus, larabar
3. Chinese!! Another looooong day.
Day 14 of 21 day fix - not bad, could have done without the Chinese. :)
Week 4, day 7 = Piyo certification!!! Now, to practice! #sotired
