9 months, 1 week!! of changing my life!
PIYO = round 2/week 3, day 3
1. Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, ice & water
2. Lunch packed for the day: cottage cheese, carrots, hummus, cucumber/tomatoes & sunflower seeds
3. Yeah, that happened. Traded out a yellow container.
4. Two waffles, peanut butter, plain yogurt (tsp of maple syrup) & pomegranate
5. Pooh-pooh platter: hard boiled eggs & broccoli
Day 3 of 21 day fix - I fell face first into the trail mix. I'm still doing way better than I was so I'm happy. :)
Week 3, day 3 = Rest day! Much needed rest day! :)
