9 months, 1 week, 1 day!! of changing my life!
PIYO = round 2/week 3, day 4
1. Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, ice & water with 2 hard boiled eggs
2. Cucumbers
3. Sautéed broccoli & leftover spaghetti with cheese
4. Plain yogurt with peanut butter & (1 tsp) maple syrup with peaches & 2 waffles
5. Carrot sticks & olives (not eaten together, lol)
Day 4 of 21 day fix - #keepitreal I way over eat spaghetti! Especially spaghetti with cheese baked on top. I won't be making that again for a while. #imhuman
Week 3, day 4 = Core! I got up & got it done early. Love days I can feel lazy but I've actually already completed my workout. :):):)
