9 months!!!!!!!!!! of changing my life! 

PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 3 


Morning Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, spinach, ice & water 

1. English muffin with peanut butter & cinnamon 

2. Apple

3. Packed lunch out: cucumbers, bell peppers & sunflower seeds 

4. Raspberries 

5. Tortilla chips, cheese, black beans & bell peppers 

6. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract & peanut butter 


Day 3 of the clean eating challenge! I was sooooo close to ordering a pizza on our drive home tonight. Thankful I fought that urge. :)

Day 10 = rest day! Unplanned swap with Friday. First day of homeschool co-op kicked my butt today!
