I attempted to record myself working out today so I could critique myself for instructing & because it's something I need to work on (I make funny faces! lol). But, my muscles are still so exhausted from the cert class Sunday that I couldn't even get through the Insanity warmup. lol
I turned to the Piyo schedule & did Buns instead! Not an easy workout by any means but I was able to get through it!
Tomorrow will be a much needed rest day. :)
Week 3 day 2 of Piyo = complete!
