Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix

9 months, 2 weeks, 5 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 5 day 1 


1. The usual: vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice, water 

2. Pita with cheese & bell peppers 

3. Mac & cheese with peas (confession: I had 2 servings!) #notannies #sellout


Day 15 of 21 day fix - light day! I have a sick little fella so I had to work with the time I had which wasn't much. 


Week 5, day 1 = I chose to take a rest/recovery day. Between the sick kid & the Piyo cert yesterday, I am HIT!
