Photo journal, Piyo (Body Beast twist!)

8 months, 2 weeks, 5 days of changing my life! 

PIYO = round 2/day 1 


Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, ice & water (I forgot I replaced our spinach & didn't add it!)

1. Breakfast in bed by Rob: french toast with maple syrup & scrambled eggs (not even sweating the bread because it was so sweet of him!)

2. Strawberry shortcake (angel food cake?)

3. Leftover breaded pickles. Do these count as a vegetable? lol! 

4. Leftover pierogi

5. Leftover broccoli alfredo 

6. Popcorn again!

7. Errr, yeah. I need my clean eating challenge to start early. :-O


Happy Labor Day! Soooooo close to our big wedding anniversary! 


Day 1 = supposed to he align: fundamental but I skipped Drench yesterday so was going to do that today. But! lol I'm still sick so I couldn't handle any head hanging. Body Beast bulk shoulders won out. It was awesome! Mostly because Rob & I did it together. :)
