Photo journal, back to Piyo!

9 months, 5 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 3, day 1 


1. Vegan chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter, ice & water 

2. 2 eggs with sautéed bell peppers 

3. Cottage cheese & carrots 

4. Roasted cauliflower with baked cheesy spaghetti 

5. Leftover containers to meet the days requirements: frozen peaches, waffle with peanut butter & partial purple of blueberries, sunflower seeds, plain yogurt with vanilla extract & partial purple container of blueberries 


Day 1 of 21 day fix - nailed all my containers! Might have overdone the blue (cheese) & teaspoons (peanut butter) though! Baby steps. :) 


Week 3, day 1 = Piyo define: upper body! Soooooo sore from yesterday but I'm glad I did this workout. I feel way better afterward! :) 

I need to sit down tomorrow & watch Indanity so I can start practicing. :)
