Photo journal, Piyo/Body Beast

8 months, 3 weeks, 6 days of changing my life! 

PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 2 


Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, peanut butter, spinach, ice & water 

1. Pita with cheese, avocado, & tomatoes with sides of bell peppers & cucumber 

2. Plain yogurt with maple syrup & blueberries 

3. Pickles

4. Nectarine 

5. Cottage cheese 
6. 1/2 banana with peanut butter 
7. More cheese 
8. Snack day wasn't enough for me & I needed more. 3 eggs & 2 veggie burgers 


Day 2 of the clean eating challenge! Loving this challenge!!!! It feels great to be back on track. :) 


Day 9 = define: lower body! Followed by Body Beast bulk legs with Rob. I'm going to feel that tomorrow, lol
