Photo journal, Piyo, 21 day fix, Les Mills Combat mashup!

9 months, 2 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 5 


1. Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice & water 

2. Pita with cheese & cucumbers 

3. Bell peppers 

4. Roast with crash smash (whatever they're called, lol) potatoes 

5. Birthday cake!!!! My babies are 3!!!! Unreal. 


Day 12 of 21 day fix - disclaimer, I had fruit & yogurt leftover from yesterday so it's not pictured but I ate it today. That was WAY too much food last night, lol 


Week 4, day 5 =  I did Les Mills Combat kick start 30 today. #BOOM love that one. :)
