Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix

9 months, 1 week, 5 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 1 


1. Vegan chocolate, peanut butter, ice & water - still no fruit! Seriously, is this lady ever going to grocery shop again?

2. Mac & cheese with peas

3. Pita with cheese 

4. Celery, carrots, tomatoes, plain yogurt (vanilla extract & 1 tsp maple syrup), cottage cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs, & green olives (BAM! got those important containers in)


Day 8 of 21 day fix - we had a sick kid today so I had a lot of veggies & protein at the end of the day, lol


Week 4, day 1 = Strength Intervals! I'm glad it was a short one. My clingy little fella added some intensity to it!
