Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix

9 months, 2 weeks, 3 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 6 


Missed the picture, it was too dark & sleepy this morning! Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice & water 

1. Road load!!! Carrots, peanut butter, bell peppers, hummus (didn't end up eating), sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, apple, cucumbers, Larabars 

2. Pizza, Rob treated the little fellas & I needed something simple. Lots of driving & not much sleep! 

3. Plain yogurt with peanut butter, vanilla extract & maple syrup 


Day 13 of 21 day fix - pretty dang good day considering the road trip. :) 


Week 4, day 6 =  today I went to Ohio for #SuperSaturday!! So, I took a rest day. I'll more than make up for it tomorrow!! 

My shoulder were sore tonight & I couldn't figure out why. I kept thinking, all I did was drive today.  Why the heck am I sore!? And then it hit me, oh yeah, Combat yesterday! lol
