Photo journal, Piyo & 21 day fix

9 months, 2 weeks!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 4 day 3 


1. Vegan shakeology, spinach, ice & water with cinnamon raisin toast topped with peanut butter 

2. Veggie soup (I skipped the noodles, too soggy leftover!), plain yogurt (peanut butter, vanilla extract & maple syrup) 

3. Pita with hot cheese 

4. Spaghetti (a purple container of sauce with a yellow container of noodles is not balanced, lol) with green beans & garlic bread (ezekiel) #biblebread

5. Sunflower seeds


Day 10 of 21 day fix - yellow container overload. I'm missing a picture!? Peanut butter with chocolate chips. #yum


Week 4, day 3 = rest day! Still had a sick kid so we missed homeschool co-op but I decided to keep the same day off this week. Fingers & toes crossed the illness is gone soon!!!!!
