Photo journal, Piyo

9 months, 6 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 3, day 2 


1. Vegan chocolate, strawberries, peanut butter, ice & water 

2. Leftover baked spaghetti (my kryptonite!) 

3. Plain yogurt with vanilla extract, peanut butter & blueberries  

4. Leftovers again: roast, fresh bell peppers, & green beans/corn/potato in coconut milk 

5. Carrots, cottage cheese & peaches 


Day 2 of 21 day fix - nailed all my containers! Overdid it on cheese again but better than I've been doing. :) #dangerzone 


Week 3, day 2 = Piyo Buns! I attempted doing Insanity in front of the camera. Unsuccessfully due to all over soreness, lol
