Photo journal, Piyo & 21 Day Fix

9 months, 1 week, 4 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 3 day 7 


1. Vegan chocolate, peanut butter, ice & water - still no fruit! With chocolate chip pancakes - YUM

2. Bean dip with cheese & tortilla chips 

3. Plain yogurt with maple syrup/vanilla extract & carrots 

4. Errrr, that may be incorrect containers. Homemade broccoli alfredo 


Day 7 of 21 day fix - still no fruit! Overly indulgent day, for sure. 


Week 3, day 7 = Full Body Blast!
