Photo journal, Piyo. Nope, Insanity!

9 months, 3 days!! of changing my life! 


PIYO = round 2/week 2 day 6 


Post workout Shakeology: Vegan chocolate, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice & water 

1. Mozzarella sticks from the little fellas lunch 

2. Bell peppers 

3. Cottage cheese & carrot sticks 

4. Larabar (stocked up for tomorrow!)

5. Potatoes, green beans, corn with coconut milk & roast 

6. Plain yogurt with maple syrup 


Clean eating challenge ended yesterday. I ate those cheese sticks this morning & insta-headache! #BOOM cause & effect 


Week 2/day 6 = Piyo cheating: Insanity Pure Cardio! Insaaaaane. :)
